## Description

In accordance with Federal Law, DoD and Navy policy, and in conjunction with the Defense Priorities and Allocation System, this contract shall be rated "DO”. Progress Payments are authorized if the applicable. FAR 52.232-16 and DFARS 252.232-7004 (DEV) are included in this solicitation. This requirement is solicited using FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. See Section L for proposal instructions, including instruction for pricing all potential repair work set forth in Attachment A, Technical Data Package. This requirement is set aside for small businesses. If drawings are needed for this requirement, please submit your request to Kat Shutt at kathryn.e.shutt.civ@us.navy.mil.
