The Government intends to solicit as full and open competition. The Government intends to solicit for the procurement of NSN: 1356-01-272-2372 5W20 Gas Generator Assembly used on the 4T Lightweight Torpedo. The government does not possess the data necessary to perform the required manufacture of the item.
