Based on historical data, the Directorate anticipates issuing approximately 1009 delivery orders, totaling approximately $30 million during the upcoming 5 years. At this time the Government is seeking to issue new BPAs. It is in the best interest of the Government to establish BPAs with multiple suppliers in order to provide maximum practicable competition. No solicitation will be issued as a result of this notice. However, interested small business concerns can view the attached Request for Information (RFI) to determine if its capabilities meet the technical and quality requirements necessary for the manufacture of this complex and critically applied nuclear material.
