## Description

1. In accordance with Federal Law, DoD and Navy policy, and in conjunction with the Defense Priorities and Allocation System, this contract shall be rated "DO." 2. Progress Payments are authorized if the applicable FAR 52.232-16 and DFARS 252.232-7004 (DEV) are included in this solicitation. 3.
