## Description

The United States Fleet Forces Command (USFFC) needs a Command Center in Philadelphia, PA for up to 60 personnel in support of the US Navy Marine Corps (NMC) 250th Birthday. USFFC requires 24/7 operations with close proximity to vessels at Penn’s Landing, a sight line to ex-NJ battleship, and terrace view of river for the parade of ships. The Independence Seaport Museum provides a ballroom for a command center to accommodate the USFFC personnel as well as a rooftop terrace/balcony area that provides visual access to all aforementioned lines of sight.
