As of 16 September 2025, vendors will no longer be able to respond to notices or submit proposals, proposal modifications, or withdraw proposals using NAVWAR e-Commerce. On 30 September 2025, NAVWAR e-Commerce will shut down and become inaccessible at 1800 Pacific Time. During this transition period, NAVWAR notices and solicitations may exist on either NAVWAR e-Commerce or the PIEE – Solicitation module. Both systems interface with the GPE (SAM.gov). Vendors must refer to the specific notice to determine which system (NAVWAR e-Commerce or PIEE – Solicitation) is required for access to documents and to submit a response.
