## Description

The purpose of this notice is to inform all parties that the United States Navy, Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAWARSYSCOM) in support of the Program Executive Office (PEO) Command, Control, Communications, Computers & Intelligence (C4I), Communications and Global Positioning System Navigation Program Office (PMW/A 170) intends to award a sole source follow-on contract for the continued procurement of engineering services, to include maintenance, repair and support for Commercial Broadband Satellite Program (CBSP) Force Level Variant (FLV) (AN/USC-69(V)2) and Unit Level Variant (ULV) (AN/USC-69(V)3) (hereinafter collectively referred to as “CBSP system”) terminals, components, and spares, under the authority of 10 U.S.C 3204(a)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source to L3Harris Technologies, Inc. (L3Harris), DBA Harris Corporation located at 2400 Palm Bay Rd NE, Palm Bay, FL 32905.
