The Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) is issuing this Market Survey for determining industry capabilities and is soliciting information from ALL potential sources to provide Strategic Planning, Communications, Human Centered Design, and Change Management and Engineering Enablement Products for PEO Digital. Performance will take place primarily in Washington DC, San Diego, CA, and Charleston, SC. This Market Survey is issued for the purpose of assessing marketplace capabilities.
