## Description

This acquisition will support the Program Executive Office (PEO) for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) International Integration Program Office (PMW 740) requirement to procure Program Management, Systems Engineering, Operations and Maintenance, and Logistics support services for its portfolio of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) C4I, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) cases with an option for Communication Security (COMSEC) custodial services.

PMW 740 uses FMS and other Security Cooperation processes to promote interoperability with coalition and friendly nations by procuring, integrating, testing, training, and supporting integrated C4ISR capabilities. This requirement includes In-KSA support services for current and future FMS customer requirements.

The United States (U.S.) Government (USG) and KSA have negotiated international agreements and established FMS cases to upgrade and refurbish the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) C4ISR Systems (herein RSNF Systems) and ancillary subsystems.
