## Description

This requirement is for customized facilitation and conflict management services across the Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) enterprise. Services will position command leadership to more effectively assess strategic organizational needs and opportunities as well as cultivate and enrich organizational communication, trust, and leadership skills. Facilitations may be initiated by the Director, SSP or the Director-Plans and Programs or another member of the Director, SSP’s immediate staff. The Government awarded a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreement (FFP-BPA) to Peninsula Mediation Center Inc. and intends to issue FFP task orders against this BPA.
