## Description

The Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) awarded a contract on a sole-source basis to Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA), located at 2001 N Beauregard Street, Suite 100, Alexandria, VA 22311, in support of the Nuclear-Armed, Sea-Launched Cruise Missile (SLCM-N) Program. The awarded contract contains a base year effort for FY 2024 through FY 2025. The awarded contract contains Level-of-Effort (LOE) Line Items on a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) basis.

Each LOE line item covers a twelve (12) month period of performance and includes option provision to increase the LOE up to thirty percent (30%), in accordance with SSP terms and conditions. The award date was 12 July 2024 with an effective date 12 July 2024. This notice is posted in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.301. This NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS.
