The planned requirement is for EPSS, in support of both Navy CPS requirements and Army Long Range Hypersonic Weapon (LRHW) requirements due to the use of a common All Up Round (AUR) in both weapons systems. The EPSS efforts include system and subsystem expertise ranging across Engineering, Research and Development (R&D), Test Planning, Test Engineering, and Program Management Office (PMO) support, including Acquisition, Financial, and Information Security support. Only Delta possesses the requisite subject matter expertise and demonstrated qualifications and experience performing EPSS in support of weapon systems and subsystems for the CPS Programs efforts. The base period of performance will be from 27 January 2024 to 26 January 2025, with four one-year options, for a total period of performance of 27 January 2024 to 26 January 2029. Award will be made using other than full and open competition. No Solicitation package is available.
