The requirements consist of procurement of material and spares, software maintenance, engineering support labor, engineering changes, product improvements, documentation, testing, training, logistics analyses, technical investigations, installation support, and other radar maintenance/repair actions for the LCS Freedom Class Radar systems. The proposed contract is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2) (iii)(B). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the Government.
