## Description

Award of a firm-fixed-price purchase order to VT Milcom Inc (VT Milcom) of Virginia Beach, VA in support of the production of four (4) Fire Control System (FCS) Point of Service (POS) Coolers in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented in FAR subpart 13.5.
