Parties interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact the prime contractor (GDLS) directly. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to fulfill the requirement. All responsible sources may submit a capacity statement no later than the closing time of this notice. Any submissions will not be reimbursed by the Government – the entire cost of any submission will be at the sole expense of the source submitting the information. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
