The MMM Payload System is a subsystem of the MMM and AN/BLQ-l0 Electronic Warfare (EW) System and it supports the global superiority of the U.S. Navy by providing communication enabling capability for Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) command and control for U.S. Navy fleet submarines, Line-of-Sight (LOS) communications, and Electronic Warfare (EW) capabilities. A solicitation is anticipated to be released in February 2025. Attached to this pre-solicitation notice is the DRAFT Solicitation (which is subject to change).
