## Description

The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to award a Fixed-Price contract to Textron Systems Corporation, 19401 Chef Menteur Highway, New Orleans, LA 70129 for the procurement of up to one (1) Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) 100 Class craft and associated Travel costs in support of the Ship to Shore Connector Program. The required delivery date would be 31 October 2031. This requirement will be negotiated on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C.

2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Companies interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact Textron Systems Corporation directly. This announcement is published for informational purposes only. The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within thirty days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
