Related notice: N00024-25-R-2415 Bollinger Shipyards Lockport L.L.C., Lockport, Louisiana is awarded a $9,496,103 not-to-exceed (NTE) undefinitized contract action (UCA) for advance procurement of long lead time material (LLTM) and associated engineering and design activities in support of one Medium Landing Ship (LSM) Block 1. The statutory authority for this sole source award is in accordance with Section 128(b) of the Servicemembers Quality of Life Improvement and National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2025 (FY25 NDAA), Pub. L. No. 118-159.
