## Description

This cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost, and firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract provides a Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance system for maritime domain awareness to the Egyptian Navy. Uncertainties involved in contract performance do not permit costs to be estimated with sufficient accuracy to use any type of fixed-price contract for the entire requirement.
