The Contractor will be responsible for following their standardized manufacturing processes to procure, develop, test, and deliver end items to the Government in accordance with the provisions of the resulting contract including attachments, revisions, and modifications thereto. The solicitation includes the OSV with Conversion, Delivery, Technical Data Package, Installation of Deck Crane, JP-5 Fuel System, and potential order of spares and changes. The solicitation shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to award any contract. This is not a promise by the Government to pay for information received in response to this solicitation, and the information contained herein is subject to modification and in no way binds the Government to award a contract. Any updates and/or changes for this procurement and future amendments to the RFP, will appear on SAM.gov.
