The contemplated delivery order will be awarded pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2)(iii). L3Harris is the only company with the requisite expertise, knowledge, experience and facilities necessary to meet these requirements without unacceptable delays.
