## Description

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) has awarded a contract modification to Huntington Ingalls Incorporated (Ingalls Shipbuilding of Pascagoula, MS, 1000 Access Rd, Pascagoula, MS 39567-4485) to previously awarded contract (N00024-24-C-2467) for the detail design and construction of Landing Helicopter Assault 10 (LHA 10). In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), this contract was not competitively procured: Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Work to be performed is the procurement of advance construction activities for LHA 10.
