Award N00024-24-C-2106 was executed to Huntington Ingalls Incorporated, Newport News Shipbuilding, 4101 Washington Ave, Newport News, VA 23607 on a sole-source basis. The statutory authority for this sole source award is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(1) – only one responsible source and no other supplier or services will satisfy agency requirements.
