\n\nThe procurement of Variable Frequency Generator (VFG) Life of Type Buy (LTB) for obsolete material under the Honeywell International Inc. BOA. The Delivery Order is in-scope to the terms of the Basic Contract for procurement and delivery of VFG components to support production of the V-22 Aircraft.
\n\nThis action is being awarded on a sole source basis to Honeywell International Inc. in accordance with the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition under Title 10 U.S.C 3204(a)(1), as implemented by FAR Part 6.103-1, “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.” Honeywell International Inc. is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the VFG.
