The requirement will provide the necessary hardware and support to deliver up to 200 Aft Sponson Kits for MV-22 Aircraft. This requirement will be procured IAW FAR 6.103-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Bell-Boeing is the only responsible source with the necessary access to the technical data and requisite experience to perform the contemplated effort within the required schedule.
