The tasking for this order is for the procurement of ADU-892A/E Test Set Adapters to include: test set adapters, operational support, cartridges, support equipment, logistics and engineering support, test support, repairs, and training for Kuwait. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability by responding to this notice. The Government will consider all information received prior to the closing date of this notice. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(l), as implemented by FAR 6.103-1, only one responsibility source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. A formal Solicitation is anticipated in Q3 of 2026.
