A Sources Sought Notice was issued on 02 November 2023 and closed 17 November 2023 for the BOA under which these requirements were publicized. Based on the results of the notice, no set-aside was determined. The NAVAIR Office of Small Business Program concurred with the set-aside determination. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within thirty (30) days after the publication date of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
