## Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) has awarded a Cost Plus Fixed Price(CPFF) and Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract N0001926C1008 to Advance Acoustic Concepts, LLC, Building 100, SUITE 210, 3500 Sunrise Highway Great River, NY 11739-1001, for software and hardware development and upgrades to the Common Acoustic Simulation Environment Fidelity Improvement (CASEFI) system to provide high-fidelity anti-submarine warfare training environments for P-8A Poseidon operations and advance maritime patrol and reconnaissance aircraft post-flight analysis capabilities.

The effort includes enhancements supporting multi-static active coherent enhancements (MAC-E), multiple input/multiple output capabilities, new sonobuoy functionality, undersea advantage receiver and processing modifications, concurrent active and passive sonobuoy processing, operator machine interface designs, and demonstration of advanced processing build concepts.

Additionally, this contract procures Acoustic onboard trainer (AOBT) production units and spares, with associated non-recurring engineering for unit integration, updates, and development. This contract was awarded on 14 July 2026 in the amount of $15,228,512.90. The period of performance is 60 months. This acquisition was conducted on a sole-source basis under statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C.

Section 3204(a)(1),as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." A determination by the Government not to compete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government. This effort is covered under the Justification and Approval (J&A) number 25-0261.
