The delivery order placed under this BOA will provide for the procurement of the Implementation of Harpoon Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) 4290 integrated logistics support (ILS) technical manual updates for Taiwan Navy (TN). Contract award is anticipated for the second quarter of fiscal year 2025. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. The Boeing Company is the sole designer, developer, manufacturer and integrator of the Harpoon/SLAM-ER Weapon System and its related equipment. The Boeing Company alone has the technical data, experience, requisite knowledge, technical expertise, special skills and facilities required to provide the efforts anticipated under this order. The Boeing Company is the only known qualified, responsible source that can fulfill the Government's requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
