## Description

This effort was awarded on a Sole Source basis to Northrop Grumman in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, as a CPFF contract. This modification updated the software for 2.2.0 to include the modifications to resolve a velocity conversion software defect for the CH53K and C40. This effort included the repair, support, adn testing necessary to restore the CH-53K Defensive Electronic Countermeasure (DECM) Suite Upgrade (DSU) Software to meet Acceptance Test Procedure standards.
