## Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Delivery Order under the Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-21-G-0006 to the Boeing Company, 6200 James S McDonnell BLVD, Saint Louis, MO 63134-1939, using authority FAR Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. NAVAiR's requirement is for 44 ACMC Kits P/N: 13250434-22.

The Government does not own the drawings and documents to the ACMC kits and therefore it is singularly proprietary to Boeing. This synopsis is for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive proposals. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement with sufficient detail that clearly demonstrates the capability to produce the required products no later than 12:00 PM (EST) September 18, 2024 to William.j.dagenhart.civ@us.navy.mil.
