This effort includes, but is not limited to test planning and execution, flight clearance support, aircrew flight test support, flight test engineering support, system/subsystem training for Government Aircrew and Flight Test Engineering personnel, Naval Air Training Operating Procedures and Standardization (NATOPS) development and support, Instrumentation support, Aircraft Technical and Engineering support, and E-2 System Test and Evaluation Laboratory (ESTEL) Integration support for the E-2D Advanced Hawkeye (AHE). Currently, Northrop Grumman (NG) is the only company that has the ability, resources, technology, and documentation necessary to develop, produce, maintain, and support this system without causing unacceptable delays in meeting the Navy's operational requirements. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS AND NO COMPETITIVE SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED.
