The aforementioned services are planned to support the U.S Navy, Royal Australian Air Force, and various FMS countries. Boeing is the P-8A Poseidon Original Equipment Manufacturer and is the only source that has the knowledge, experience, expertise, facilities, equipment, qualified personnel, technical data, and computer software necessary to timely fulfill the requirements. The contract action is planned to be awarded in the fourth quarter of the Government Fiscal Year 2025 (Q4FY25) with the contractor completing contract requirements in FY27. CAPABILITY STATEMENTS Any interested party (respondent) may submit a Capability Statement within the required response time to demonstrate respondent’s ability to fulfill the Government’s requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract action based upon responses to this Notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
