The required modifications to GRAMS are to support continued integration of the Tactical Situation Display (TSD) that interfaces with the P-8A Acoustic Operational Flight Program (AOFP) operating in three distinct modes and function as a surrogate for the P-8A Tactical Situational Display. The continued development of the combined product (GRAMS plus AOFP) will further the integration of AI/ML prototyping support within the AOFP. The combined product operating in a Post-Flight Analysis Mode will be referred to as the MAC-E Post Flight Analysis (PFA) suite and will create a capability for MAC-E data review and post flight analysis. The anticipated period of performance for this action is five years and will include options. The anticipated award date is 5 December 2024. NAVAIR intends to negotiate and award this delivery order utilizing other than full and open competition pursuant to the authority 10 U.S.C. 3204 (a)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, :Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements.” This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
