## Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD awarded a cost-plus fixed fee (CPFF) delivery order N0001924F5332 under BOA N0001922G0005 on a sole source basis to L3Harris Technologies, Clifton, New Jersey to procure 121 conversions of the AN/ALQ-214(V)4 WRAs-1/2 using Generation 2 Digital Receiver/Technical Generator (DR/TG) Shop Replaceable Assemblies (SRAs) provided as Government-Furnished Property (GFP).

This acquisition was procured on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition under Title 10 U.S.C 3204 (a)(1) (formerly known as 10 U.S.C 2304 (c)(1)), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."
