## Description

Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, Mission Systems Section, Rolling Meadows, Illinois, is awarded a $121,366,298 Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus Fixed Fee, and cost reimbursable contract modification (N0001923C0001 P00011).

This contract provides the necessary hardware and associated technical engineering, management and logistics support for the production and delivery of 42 AN/APR-39 D(V)2 Radar Warning Receiver/Electronic Warfare Management Systems (38 for the Navy and 13 for the Government of Nigeria) and 27 D(V)2 battery handle assemblies (42 for the Navy and spare parts for the Government of Morocco) in support of the MV-22B, AH-1Z, UH-1Y and CH-53K aircraft, as well as provides non-recurring engineering in support of providing production capacity to meet necessary fielding requirements.

This modification also provides Last Time Buy hardware to FMS Customers.

This modification also provides Repair of Repairables and Engineerring and Logistics Software Support.This work is expected to be completed in November 2028. Fiscal 2023 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $1,757,370; fiscal 2024 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $37,807,765; Fiscal 2025 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $28,089,628; working capital (Navy) funds in the amount of $380,129; and FMS funds in the amount of $1,121,043 will be obligated at time of award,$1,757,370 of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.
