RPCS provides conditioned, pressurized air for radar transmission lines and aerial refueling probe purging. NAVAIR also intends to procure 5 Position Tracking System (PTS) harnesses for the life of the aircraft. NGSC is the only company that has the ability, resources, technology, and documentation necessary to develop, produce, maintain, and support this system without causing unacceptable delays in meeting the Navy’s operational requirements. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS AND NO COMPETITTIVE SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED.
