As such, Bell Boeing JPO is the only responsible source with the necessary access to the technical data and requite expertise to perform the contemplated effort within the required schedule. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider any capability statement received within 15 days of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed delivery order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
