The authority permitting other than full and open competition is provided in 10 U.S.C.3204 (a)(1), only one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A Sources Sought Notice was issued on 31 January 2024 and closed on 15 February 2024. Based on the results of the notice, no set-aside was determined. The NAVAIR Office of Small Business Programs concurs with the set-aside determination. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposal. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within (30) days after the publication date of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
