This effort is for the production and delivery of hardware required for the Digital Magnetic Anomaly Detection (DMAD) to be utilized for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Royal Australian Navy (RAN) and United States Navy MH60R aircraft parts, spare parts, over & above repairs in support of the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Multi-Mission Helicopter Program Office (PMA-299). The Contractor shall procure, or manufacture, and deliver kits as defined in Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) 6761 covered by the DMAD Phase 1 Contract, N00019-19-G-0029-N0001920F0340. The items will be required to be delivered within 12 months after execution of each order and each option exercise. The subject effort is estimated to have a one (1)-year Base plus four (4) Option Years, with estimated delivery dates starting in March 2028, through March 2030. Note: The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
