Since delivery of the shredders in early 2023, (13) have been uncrated, set-up and are currently in use. The shredders (11) that are not currently in use are still in crates and in storage at the ONI warehouse, Bolling AFB and will be placed in operation as needed. ONI is seeking a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) corrective maintenance contract consisting of (1) 12 month base period and (2) 12 month option years. This contract will consist of delivering and setting up the stored shredders as required, travel, labor and repair parts only, no consumables (oil, shred bags) shall be included. More information is included in the attached Limited Source Justification, Shredder List and the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This requirement will be a set-aside 100% Small Business. The Government is seeking a discount from the offeror's schedule prices pursuant to FAR 8.404(d). Will only accept quotes from small business resellers.
