## Description

This requirement is to develop and sponsor Professional, Executive-Level Development for the Office of Naval Research (ONR), Code 02 Senior Contract Officers and Acquisition Professionals of the United States Navy (USN). This will be achieved through the establishment of a 5.5-Day Strategic Thinking Course, a Senior Executive Program hosted at a regionally or nationally accredited University or College.
