## Description

Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) at Patuxent River, MD awarded the modification to the contract N0001923C0001, modifying the AN/APR-39D(V)2 Low Band Array (LBA) antenna configuration with incorporation of attenuators. This effort includes Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) requirements to retrofit, productionize, fabricate, assemble, test, and deliver an approved LBA with enhanced RF survivability in the Maximum Field Strength (MFS) environment.

This effort was awarded on a sole source basis to Northrup Grumman System Corporation (NGSC) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
