This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Subpart 5.101 requiring dissemination of information for proposed contract actions. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes/proposals, nor is this a solicitation or request for offers. The United States Army Contracting Command- Redstone Arsenal intends to issue a contract on a sole source basis under the authority of Title 41 United States Code (USC) §1901 as implanted in Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 12.102 and FAR 6.104.
