NCIA is not liable for any expenses incurred by firms in conjunction with their responses to this RFI, and this RFI shall not be regarded as a commitment of any kind concerning future procurement of the items described. The attachment contains a Summary of Requirements and a Questionnaire for responding to the RFI. Other supporting information and documentation (technical data sheets, marketing brochures, catalogue price lists, descriptions of existing installations, etc.) are also desired. Do NOT submit your RFI responses to the Department of Commerce. An email address for submitting your RFI responses is provided in the attachment.
