This requirement is for non-personal support services to perform 6 and 12-year maintenance, and hydrostatic testing on Halotron 150lb fire extinguishers. The service must be performed on MCAS New River. The applicable NAICS code is 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Repair and Maintenance. The corresponding Small Business Size Standard is $12.5 million. To assist in determining the availability of sources, interested vendors shall provide the following information: 1. Company name, address, and point of contact (including phone number and email). 2. Cage Code and Unique Entity Identifier (UEID). Cage Code and UIED must be registered on the Systems for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov). 3. A brief description of the company’s capabilities in performing the required services (including the ability to perform all services on-base). 4. Company’s size classification under NAICS 811310.
