Washington Headquarters Services/Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice (SSN) on behalf of the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security (OUSD(I&S)) and OUSD Research and Engineering (R&E).
