**334510 SPECIAL NOTICE:** The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) intends to establish specifications and standards that promote adaptability in design and production methodologies. The primary objective of this special notice is to encourage reviews from a broad vendor base. MARCORSYSCOM is preparing Draft MIL-HDBK-828D, Range Laser Safety. This notice solicits feedback on the draft document from industry stakeholders.

To ensure all commentary is considered, submissions must be provided on the Consolidated Comments Form (CCF).
