**313210 SPECIAL NOTICE:** The Navy Clothing and Textile Research Facility (NCTRF) intends to draft specifications and standards to accommodate a variety of design solutions and processes, and to encourage a broad vendor base. NCTRF is preparing draft MIL-DTL-87052C, CLOTH, TWILL, POLYESTER. This notice serves as an invitation for industry to review and provide comments on the draft document during the review period. The draft document and associated consolidated comment form (CCF) are attached to this notice.
