Tracking Number: MedSupp_NNMC_0001 The Indian Health Service (IHS), Navajo Area Office (NAO), Northern Navajo Medical Center (NNMC), located in/at US Hwy 491 North, Shiprock, NM 87420 is seeking capable sources for 1) Native American-Owned Small Business or Indian Economic Enterprise Small Business, or 2) any other Socio-Economic Small Business interested in providing the resources to satisfy this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for various Surgical and Medical Supplies, and Equipment on “As Needed Basis” to Northern Navajo Medical Center located in Shiprock, New Mexico.. The anticipated Period of Performance is for one (1) year base with four (4) option periods. Estimated start date is January 1, 2025. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 339113 - Medical and Surgical Instruments, Equipment, and Supplies with a small business size standard of 800 employees. The government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to provide supplies with those described in this notice. In accordance with the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47, the Indian Health Service shall give preference at all times, as far as practicable, to Indian economic enterprises.
